Unlike many other officiants, I create individual ceremonies for each of my couples.  No two are ever the same.  Additionally, I schedule only one wedding ceremony a day so that my couples will have my undivided attention and efforts. Because of this, there is a non-refundable retainer fee of $140.00 for ceremony bookings.   This retainer reserves my time for your chosen date; for you and only you.  The costs below DO include the retainer fee.  Ceremony fees are due two weeks before the date of the ceremony.  Travel within 60 miles of Hoosick Falls in New York is also included in the stated fees.  Feel comfortable to ask about other geographic locations.   I am one of those people who enjoys driving.

The Pocket's Friend is for the couple seeking a simple elopement.  There is a reduced fee schedule of $125.00 if the ceremony occurs in my victorian decorated home office.  Witnesses can be provided for an additional fee of $35.00.

The Simple Ceremony package is designed for the couple who is looking for a simple and more intimate ceremony. 

• Up to one full hour of meeting and telephone planning and consultation

• ceremony outline/working script
• early arrival at ceremony to coordinate with various professionals such as your wedding planner, D.J. etc..
• Keepsake marriage certificate

The Essential package is perfect if you are considering a 10-20 minute ceremony.  With this package, there is time to cover the essential elements of what you would like in your ceremony.  

• Up to two full hours of meeting and planning consultation (separate meetings)
• A ceremony created just for you
• choices for readings, blessings and special ceremony (handfasting, unity candle, wine ceremony, sand ceremony, family vows, etc...)
• officiating at ceremony
• preparation and filing of legal documents
• ceremony outline/working script
• my attendance at your rehearsal
• early arrival at ceremony to coordinate with various professionals such as your wedding planner, D.J., etc..
• keepsake marriage certificate

Many couples desire a truly special ceremony, lasting usually 20-30 minutes.  If you wish to have a wedding that is created and personalized just for you, my Special Moments Package will be what you are looking for.

Special Ceremonies:

Celtic handfasting, rose, memorial, unity candle or other special ceremony within the wedding ceremony:  $50.00

Rehearsal: Helpful hint:  Allow the size of your wedding party to dictate the length of needed rehearsal time.  A bride and groom without attendants do not usually need a rehearsal, unless there is a  special ceremony within the ceremony.  Two attendants would not need greater than a 30 minute rehearsal.  Larger wedding parties need additional rehearsal time.
